How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
When I receive my order:
In Stock Items
All in stock inventory usually ships within 1-2 days of received payment.
Custom order production time is estimated at 6 to 8 weeks from received payment. Build times on custom orders are estimated, not guaranteed. If you need a product on a certain date, make you you have a backup and do not rely on a specific delivery date. Once orders are placed and entered into production, no changes to the order may be made. There are no returns on custom orders.
If we experience delays in production significantly beyond these estimates we will contact you with updates. Please supply us a valid email address and daytime phone number.
Led Sled Customs Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Eastern Time, USA. Closed on weekends and major holidays. Online orders placed late Friday afternoon through Sunday night begin production Monday.

If you ship yourLed Sled Customs order outside the USA you will probably have to pay import duties and taxes. You must be available to receive your shipment and prepared to pay these fees. Any and all changes in shipping rates or limitations are the the responsibility of the buyer. Blakhart is not responsible for any additional fees as a result of adjustments to 3rd party transport companies. Transport must be paid in full prior to shipping. We need a valid daytime phone number in your customer account.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: WILL NEED TO BE PAID VIA PAYPAL AS A SEPARATE TRANSACTION AT TIME OF SHIPMENT. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS SO WE MAY CONTACT YOU WHEN READY TO SHIP. Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
If you need to return items, you must contact us to arrange a Return Authorization. Improperly packaged, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be returned. Please see the Returns web page for complete terms.There are no returns on custom orders.
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items are at Led Sled Custom's sole discretion. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 40% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at Led Sled Custom's sole discretion within 30 days of returned merchandise. If you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged, please contact us.

Can I return a custom order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, any item to be returned is at the sole discretion of Led Sled Customs. Should the return be approved, up to a 40% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel a Led Sled Customs order you will need to pay a $45 Cancellation Fee. There is no cancelling custom orders or refunds on custom builds.
